E-Scooter seized - Beverley Meadow

Dear Resident,

On Friday 24th October 2025, whilst on a proactive foot patrol, PC 14605 Proctor observed an E-Scooter being ridden on Beverley Meadow towards Hackington Place.

The E-Scooter rider stopped for PC Proctor and provided his details. The E-Scooter was then seized under the Road Traffic Act for being ridden on public land without a licence or insurance.
